Corn Head Drive Gearboxes

PGC drive gearboxes are designed to deliver maximum strength and compatibility with John Deere corn heads. Manufactured in nodular cast iron or aluminum, they feature SAE 8620 steel gears with heat treatment and treated SAE 4140 steel roller shafts, ensuring durability under demanding operating conditions. The roller shafts are available with single or double bore, and the hollow shaft accepts 1 1/4" and 1 1/8" hex drives. All components are 100% interchangeable with the JD 40 and JD 90 series, simplifying maintenance. In addition, they are offered in two versions: JD 40/90 series type (standard) and ALLOCHIS type, providing flexibility according to the operator’s needs.
